You can only pay fines using a Visa or MasterCard or a bank card with the MasterCard or Visa logo. You may not pay using a Discover or American Express card at this time. A minimum of $5.00 in fines is necessary to pay online.
- Log into your account (See Managing Your Online Account for instructions).
- Make sure you have an email linked to your account (see Email and Text Notices for instructions).
- Click on the link indicating you have “$XX.XX in Unpaid Fines and Bills.”
- Click “Pay Online.”
- Select which fines you wish to pay.
- Enter your billing and credit card information.
- Click “Submit.”
- When the confirmation page appears, click “Submit” again.
- Once your payment is approved, a receipt will appear and a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
- Remember to “Logout.”
Your credit card payment details will read: “AUTOMATED LIBRARY INFORMATION SYSTEM.”
