The present location of the Baldwin Public Library, located on the corner of Grand Avenue and Prospect Street, was formally opened. Following the dedication ceremonies, the Woman's Advance Club provided and served refreshments to all those present. They also contributed a "pine oak tree and a staff typewriter" (As described in our 1992 anniversary Piper issue).
